Blog post #7: Catching fire

In the story Catching fire Katniss comes across a couple of problems. One of them is that President Snow is making her marry Peeta. Another is that there is going to be an uprising in Panem.

A problem that Katniss faces in the story is that president snow is making her marry Peeta. This is a problem because she doesn't know if she loves Peeta. But if she doesn't do this then she could hurt her best friends and her family like prim her mom and gale. Katniss thinks that President snow is making her marry peeta because if they get married then they will have kids and there kid will have to compete in the hunger games and he/she will most likely die. She solves this problem by marrying peeta because she doesnt want to put any of her friends and family in danger.

Another problem Katniss faces is that there is going to be an uprising in panem. An uprising is when all of the districts riot and try to take over. There is going to be an uprising because there is not suppose to be 2 winners and all of the families children that died in the hunger games are mad and are starting to riot. She solves this problem by doing what the president says.

In conclusion, katniss solves both of these problems. I can relate to katniss because if my family and friends lives were on the line I would do anything to keep them safe.
